First application: Queue Busting

What is Queue Busting?

It is a process that eliminates the lengthy scanning process at the checkout by pre-scanning the goods while customers are in a queue.

Advantages:

- Low implementation costs, as less EZpods are required
- Safer, as EZpods are manipulated by employees only, reducing the risk of accidents and theft.

How does it work?

Store staff pre-scans the goods in the cart, and print a ticket with QR code
